KIMERA D420 – ULTRA COMPACT, PRECISE AND ACCURATE
Kimera D420 is an ultra-compact mobile concrete batching plant, designed to offer maximum mobility and an unmatched accuracy on small volumes. Any detail has been design to ensure a perfect and repeatable mix with highest standard of homogeneity.
ADVANCED MIXING TECHNOLOGY
Kimera D420 is equipped, as standard, with a single shaft batch mixer able to produce 400 l at a time. Alternately, it can be equipped with a 750 l planetary mixer, able to produce 500 l of vibrated concrete per batch.
The batch mixers of the D420 ensure several advantages:
Optimize mixing efficiency, allowing to mix for as long as needed before discharge.
Guarantee uniform and consistent mixes, regardless of the type of material.
Minimize waste and reduce operating costs.
Add special ingredients, such as steel fibres, manually in the mixer.
ENSURED REPEATABILITY ON SMALL VOLUMES
The mixer and the cement silo are installed on OIML C3 certified load cells and weigh the materials, ensuring maximum dosing precision and recipe repeatability. All materials can be continuously refilled during the production cycle, eliminating downtime and maximizing productivity.
