KIMERA D930 – THE PLANT WITH PLANETARY MIXER
Kimera D930 is a mobile batching plant equipped with a 750-liter planetary mixer. Each 0.5 m³ batch is produced with absolute precision, and smaller volumes can also be easily handled. The mixing time can be set automatically or manually adjusted by the operator.
ADVANCED MIXING TECHNOLOGY
The D930 batching plant comes standard with a planetary mixer, ensuring greater mixing efficiency, improved ingredient dispersion, and superior homogeneity—ideal for complex technical mixes.
The mixer features a hydraulically operated discharge hatch and a HARDOX® 450 wear-resistant lining. Mixing time can be adjusted via touchscreen or visually managed by the operator.
The batch mixing system allows full control over each cycle. D930 guarantees uniformity and complete dispersion of ingredients, even with high percentages of additives, fibers, or pigments, making it perfect for special recipes with complex curing phases.
INTEGRATED PUMPING
The D930 mobile batching plant can be equipped with a piston concrete pump to create a fully integrated mobile production and pumping system.
The pump is controlled directly from the plant’s main panel and the multifunction radio remote control supplied with the unit. Key features include:
