Kimera G980 is the most powerful mobile gravimetric mixer in the G Series, designed for job sites with the highest production demands.
With a maximum production speed of 80 m³/h and a full-load production of 9 m³, it delivers double the production capacity of the mid-range models, handling aggregates up to 75 mm in diameter without compromising precision and homogeneity.
The G980 is the ideal solution for large infrastructure job sites and projects that require maximum production volumes in complete autonomy, while maintaining the mobility and fast commissioning typical of the G Series.

Structure
High-strength steel, base color grey RAL 7040. Aluminum side panels, base color red RAL 3020.
Aggregate hoppers
2 hoppers for aggregate material, each fitted with a class 315 extraction belt reinforced with 3 plies, supported by 18 rollers with internal bearing and a monolithic rubber-coated drive roller with a high wear-resistant grooved profile. Each belt is driven by a variable-speed hydraulic gearmotor. Each hopper is mounted on 4 load cells of 5,000 kg in class OIML R60 and equipped with an electric vibrator.
Cement silo
Fitted with an extraction and dosing screw with hydraulic motor and absolute encoder. Equipped with an electric vibrator. Mounted on 3 shear load cells in class OIML R60. Complete with ladder and inspection platform.
Water system
2,000-liter tank in high-resistance cross-linked polyethylene. Centrifugal pump with hydraulic motor, electronic flow meter, manual low-pressure lance for washing the plant, and suction filter with integrated flow shut-off valve for inspection operations.
Electrical/electronic system
IP67-rated system, complete with control panel featuring buttons and a 7" color screen. Available functions:

Mixer
Twin-shaft mixer with interchangeable HARDOX® 450 paddles, 12 mm thick. Driven by a hydraulic gearmotor with a toothed gear mechanism. Hydraulic tilting system from +5° to -5°. Reinforced rubber seal with 3 plies, total thickness 11 mm. Top inspection and washing hatch with gas-strut assisted opening.
Hydraulic system
250-liter oil tank with cap and visual level indicator. Oil filter with replaceable cartridge for the high-pressure line and spin-on filter for the low-pressure line. Compensated proportional electro-hydraulic valve with electric heat exchanger, automatically activated at 42 °C. Manual single-lever valve for vertical orientation of the mixer.

Power solutions.
The G Series is designed to operate in complete energy autonomy, without depending on external connections. The auxiliary engine powers the entire hydraulic system, including hoppers, mixer, cement silo, water system and all onboard systems, ensuring continuous production in any operating context.
Mixing and transport.
The G Series offers various discharge configurations to adapt to the specific operating needs of each job site. From the compact belt for tight spaces to the 9-meter belt for large volumes, up to the belt-and-mixer combination for maximum production flexibility.






Other accessories.
Kit for injecting liquid additives such as plasticizers, accelerators or retarders, available in single or double version to handle multiple products at once. Polycycle is also available, designed for use with Polygen NANO.
Thermal printer for printing production receipts. Header customizable with the company logo. Ability to save up to 100 customers and print their data on each receipt.
Hydraulic pressure washer with 15 m hose, pressure adjustment knob and lance for high-pressure washing up to 100 bar. Replaces the manual lance included in the base configuration.
Kit with quick hydraulic couplings for using external equipment such as conveyor belts or bag-breaker screws. Flow rate 30 l/min, maximum pressure 130 bar. Quick-connect fittings on the usage side included.
12V signal for automatic filling of the cement silo. To be paired with the external filling system.
Two-way communication system with UMTS/4G modem and integrated GPS for plant geolocation. Web portal for telemetry, production history and remote recipe upload. Industry 4.0 certification.
Folding side panels on 3 sides of each hopper that increase the loading width to 3,400 mm. Useful for loading with large loaders.

Infrared probe for measuring the moisture content of any type of aggregate. Calibration via RJ19 cable and dedicated software. Allows the system to automatically adjust the amount of water based on the moisture content of the aggregates.
Centralized proportional automatic greasing system with electric pump and distributor. Reduces maintenance time and ensures constant, uniform lubrication of all critical points of the plant.
Replacement of the single cement silo with 2 independent silos, each equipped with an extraction screw, absolute encoder and weighing system. Ideal for recipes requiring two types of binder or to increase production autonomy.
