The Kimera D720 is a compact mobile concrete batching plant, designed for job sites that require greater production capacity without giving up the practicality of a batch-cycle plant.

With a full load production of 7 m³ and a maximum speed of 12 m³/h, it offers a significant capacity increase over the base model, while maintaining the same dosing precision for every batch.

The D720 is the ideal solution for medium-sized job sites that require higher production volumes, consistent quality and maximum process control.

Structure

High-strength steel frame, base color gray RAL 7040.

Extraction belts

2 independent extraction belts for aggregates, class 200 reinforced with 2 plies. Each belt is supported by 21 rollers with internal bearings and a monolithic rubber-coated drive drum with a wear-resistant grooved profile. Driven by a variable-speed hydraulic gear motor.

Hoppers

Electric vibrator installed on hopper 1 (normally used for sand).

Cement silo

Equipped with an extraction and dosing screw conveyor with a hydraulic motor. Fitted with an electric vibrator. Mounted on 3 OIML R60 class shear beam load cells. Complete with a ladder and inspection platform.

Water system

3 high-resistance cross-linked polyethylene tanks, red RAL 3020, capacity 450 liters each, one of which is fitted with a visual level indicator. Centrifugal pump with hydraulic motor, electronic flow meter and suction filter with integrated shut-off valve for inspection operations.

Electrical/electronic system

System with IP67 protection rating, complete with a control panel featuring buttons and a 12" color screen. Available functions:

  • Display of the last 100 production cycles
  • Storage of up to 100 recipes
  • Storage of up to 100 customers
  • Control and calibration of the load cells

Mixer

Fixed mixer with mixing shaft and interchangeable 12 mm HARDOX® 450 paddles. Driven by a hydraulic gear motor. Mixer body in HARDOX® 450 with a total thickness of 8 mm. Mounted on 4 OIML R60 class shear beam load cells. Lower discharge hatch with hydraulic piston opening and closing.

Hydraulic system

300-liter oil tank with cap and visual level indicator. Oil filter with interchangeable cartridge for the high-pressure line and spin-on filter for the low-pressure line. ON/OFF electro-hydraulic valves. Electric heat exchanger with automatic activation at 42°C.

The D Series is designed to operate in complete energy autonomy, without relying on external connections. The auxiliary engine powers the entire hydraulic system, including hoppers, mixer, cement silo, water system and all onboard systems, ensuring continuous production in any operating context.

Liquid additive kit with a maximum flow rate of 3.2 l/min, consisting of a 27-liter tank, diaphragm pump and electromagnetic flow meter. Maximum allowed viscosity 1.4 mPa·s, usable only with conductive liquids. Maximum 2 kits per plant.

2 high-brightness LED work lights. IP68 protection, 288W, 28,800 lumens. For safe operation even in low-light conditions.

Steel hose reel with automatic spring return. Hose length 20 m. Available only in combination with the pressure washer.

Glass fiber dosing system with a 20 kg roll, maximum flow rate of 2 kg/min and volumetric dosing. Requires a compressed air line.

Multifunction remote control for starting/stopping production and opening/closing the discharge hatch.

Control box for automatic filling of the cement silo from an external source. Voltage 380V 16A.

Infrared probe for measuring the moisture content of any type of aggregate. Calibration via RJ19 cable and dedicated software. Allows the system to automatically correct the amount of water based on the aggregates' moisture content.

Available in a manual version, with centralized greasing points, or an automatic version, with an electric pump and centralized proportional distributor for constant, uniform lubrication without manual intervention.

Painting of the plant in a special color of the customer's choice.

Thermal printer for printing production receipts. Customizable header with the company logo. Possibility of saving up to 100 customers and printing their details on each receipt.

Hydraulic pressure washer with 15 m of hose, pressure adjustment knob and lance for high-pressure washing up to 100 bar.

Capital goods tax credit
Up to 20% of the investment value
The National Industry 4.0 Plan provides a tax credit for businesses investing in technologically advanced, interconnected capital goods. Kimera plants, equipped with PLC, certified load cells, measurement sensors and a data acquisition system, can qualify as eligible assets under the measure.

Hyper-depreciation (previous scheme)
Deduction of up to 270% — the scheme that launched Industry 4.0
Hyper-depreciation, introduced by the 2017 Budget Law and active until 2020, allowed 270% of the cost of Industry 4.0 capital goods to be depreciated — turning a €100,000 investment into a €270,000 tax deduction. Since 2020 it has been replaced by the tax credit, which offers a direct and immediate benefit to the company's liquidity.
Sabatini and other instruments
Subsidized financing for SMEs
The Nuova Sabatini law allows SMEs to obtain bank financing at subsidized rates for the purchase of machinery and plants, with a state contribution toward interest. In the "4.0" version, the contribution is increased by 30% for interconnected, technologically advanced goods.

    How long does installation take?
    Times vary depending on the configuration chosen and the complexity of the plant. Under standard conditions, installation and commissioning are completed quickly, minimizing the impact on production.
