The Kimera D930 is the flagship model of the D Series, a high-capacity mobile concrete batching plant with a planetary mixer for maximum mix quality.
With a full load production of 9 m3 and a maximum speed of 15 m3/h, it delivers the highest performance in the range, while maintaining the precision typical of the batch cycle.
The D930 is the ideal solution for large job sites and infrastructure projects that require the highest production volumes without giving up quality control over every single batch.

The main advantages.
What you can produce.
Did you know that Kimera plants can automatically dose additives during the mixing phase?
The right mixer for your material.
The D930 is equipped as standard with the planetary mixer, the technology best suited to ensure maximum quality and homogeneity of vibrated concrete.
Planetary mixer
The mixing unit orbits and rotates simultaneously, ensuring complete dispersion of every ingredient. Ideal for technical mixes with additives, fibers and pigments.
Main applicationsConfiguration complete.
Every job site has different needs. That's why the D930 is available with a wide range of options that allow the machine to be customized based on the application, type of work and operating conditions. A tailored configuration to get the best performance in any context. The sections below gather all the options and accessories available for the D930.
Mobility options.
Solutions designed to adapt to the job site, not the other way around. Compact, modular and reconfigurable plants that allow production to be moved where and when needed, without interrupting processes and maintaining operational continuity, precision and reliability. Every configuration is designed to ensure maximum efficiency in dynamic contexts, reducing downtime and increasing production flexibility in the field.
Power supply solutions.
The D Series is designed to operate in complete energy autonomy, without relying on external connections. The auxiliary engine powers the entire hydraulic system, including hoppers, mixer, cement silo, water system and all onboard systems, ensuring continuous production in any operating context.
The right pump to transport what you produce.
Complete the plant with the most suitable pumping system: piston pump for concrete over long distances, screw pump for mortars and fluids with continuous flow.

Piston pump for concrete
Transports concrete directly from the mixer over long distances or to height. Managed via screen and remote control, it operates independently of the production cycle.

Screw pump for mortars and fluids
Suitable for fluid materials such as mortars, self-leveling screeds and fine-grained mixes. Continuous, pulsation-free flow, ideal for flooring installation and finishing applications.
Other accessories.
Liquid additive kit with a maximum flow rate of 3.2 l/min, consisting of a 27-liter tank, diaphragm pump and electromagnetic flow meter. Maximum allowed viscosity 1.4 mPa·s, usable only with conductive liquids. Maximum 2 kits per plant.
2 high-brightness LED work lights. IP68 protection, 288W, 28,800 lumens. For safe operation even in low-light conditions.
Steel hose reel with automatic spring return. Hose length 20 m. Available only in combination with the pressure washer.
Glass fiber dosing system with a 20 kg roll, maximum flow rate of 2 kg/min and volumetric dosing. Requires a compressed air line.
Multifunction remote control for starting/stopping production and opening/closing the discharge hatch.
Control box for automatic filling of the cement silo from an external source. Voltage 380V 16A.
Infrared probe for measuring the moisture content of any type of aggregate. Calibration via RJ19 cable and dedicated software. Allows the system to automatically correct the amount of water based on the aggregates' moisture content.
