Weigh
Cement, aggregates, water and additives are dosed using OIML R60 certified load cells and electromagnetic flow meters: every component in the exact quantity.
Mix
Each mixing cycle is managed and checked individually, with customizable times for every recipe, up to 100 storable recipes.
Discharge
The hydraulically operated discharge hatch allows fast, complete emptying, ready for the next cycle.

Two mixing technologies
Choose between a single-shaft mixer for fluid, pumpable mixes, or Planetary for superior dispersion and complex technical recipes with additives and fibers.
Integrated pumping
Can be equipped with a piston pump for concrete or a screw pump for fluid mortars. Material reaches exactly where it’s needed, even at height or at a distance.
Unlimited special recipes

Every D Series plant can be configured with the mixer best suited to the material you need to produce: single-shaft for fluid mixes, planetary for vibrated concrete.
Single-shaft mixer
A horizontal shaft with interchangeable HARDOX® paddles ensures laminar flow ideal for fluid, pumpable mixes.
Planetary mixer
The mixing unit orbits and rotates simultaneously, ensuring complete dispersion of every ingredient. Ideal for technical recipes with additives, fibers and pigments.

Complete the plant with the most suitable pumping system: piston pump for concrete over long distances, screw pump for mortars and fluids with continuous flow.
Piston pump for concrete
Transports concrete directly from the mixer over long distances or to height. Managed via screen and remote control, it operates independently of the production cycle.
Screw pump for mortars and fluids
Suitable for fluid materials such as mortars, self-leveling screeds and fine-grained mixes. Continuous, pulsation-free flow, ideal for flooring installation and finishing applications.
